Co Founder & Chief Marketing Officer
Carol is a seasoned marketing professional with 20 years marketing experience across a variety of industries in some of the world’s leading companies.
She has worked with some of Australia’s Top 100 brands and has launched a number of successful products.
Carol is Google Certified for Analytics, AdWords, Google Shopping, Display & YouTube ads & is a certified practicing member of the AMI, which is the peak industry body for marketing professionals.
Co Founder & CEO
Ray was General Manager for a small to medium size business that grew to become no. 1 within the building industry. He re-engineered the business to reduce risk and be more profitable.
He has partnered with many building companies including Simonds, Metricon and AV Jennings as well as several boutique builders.
With over 25 years experience, Ray’s expertise lies in business management, business strategy and operations.
Sales and Marketing Guru
Jim is a passionate sales and marketing professional with over 35 years of experience working with corporate and SME partners.
With qualifications in economics and marketing, commercial experience over 20 years in Campbell’s Soups, L’Oreal, Pauls/Parmalat and Chiquita Brands and 18 years in running a marketing agency, Jim has extensive knowledge in many categories and distribution channels. If you need sales and marketing advice, Jim is here to assist.
Digital marketer with 4 years experience in digital media and marketing consultancy in ANZ. Tom has worked with brands across a wide spectrum of industry verticals ranging from Government sector to Education, Retail & Automotive clients.
Areas of expertise include SEM & Paid social with a strong knowledge of both the Facebook Ads & Google Ads platforms delivering results via audience and data-led strategies. He has worked on multi-national brands including JB HI-FI, Nissan, Ansell, Australian Government (Defence Force Australia) & David Jones. Passions outside of work includes having an active lifestyle with a strong interest in anything sport related especially AFL supporting the mighty Collingwood magpies during winter.
Digital Marketing Producer
Shea (pronounced Shay) is our Digital Media Specialist.
Having had worked in traditional and digital marketing for start-up digital agencies, a global event organisation, not-for-profits, charities and social enterprise organisations, she has vast knowledge and a creative flair working with both B2B and B2C clients.
On the weekend, you’ll be hard pressed to find her indoors.
Ex-barista and a self-proclaimed adventurer extraordinaire, she is always searching for a scenic destination and a good cup of coffee!
Queen of PPC (Google Ads & Facebook Ads Management)
Having graduated in Marketing Management, Caroline has worked 5 years as an SEM Account Manager in Paris and Stockholm.
Her expertise but also her ability to manage campaigns in English, French, Portuguese and Dutch make her our Swiss Army Knife to developing local and international campaigns.
Beyond her passion for digital, she is enjoying her Australian life and is always looking for the next city to discover.
Price of PPC (Google Ads Manager)
Chris is the Google Ads Guru on our team. Prior to joining Swoop, he worked for Google for 7 years. He managed a multi-million dollar portfolio, across several industries including retail and travel.
Chris has extensive knowledge of Google Ads.
In his spare time, Chris likes watching international cinema, travelling, and spending time with his family.
Digital Marketing Assistant
As a graduate from Monash University, Antara is our newest team member. She is our Digital Marketing Assistant currently pursuing her Masters in Business & Marketing.
She looks forward to developing her skills in the digital space and will add significant value to the Swoop Team.
Originally from India, she has now made Melbourne her home. She has a fetish for all things sweet, especially chocolate.
Wizard Web Designer
An art director, Paul takes a visionary approach to web design.
He has a distinct way of branding and focuses more on direct response web design.
He prefers real authentic photography and hates cheesy stock photos, especially the ones you see everywhere.
Outside of work, Paul loves off-road motorcycle racing and is actively involved in motorcross.
King of Code (Web Developer)
As a graduate of Computer Science, Ryan is a full-stack developer that can turn design into a pixel perfect site.
He loves coding and is an advocate for clean formatted codes, always believing “less is more”.
“Health is wealth” he always tells us, so his weekly hobby is playing basketball and during his spare time he explores emerging technologies related to web development.
Emily is our multi-talented print and web designer.
A dreamer and a traveller, a collector and a designer, Emily spent her days as an Art Director in a bubble of colour and happiness.
Then she got sick. Real sick. She got cancer. Not once, but twice. And do you know what, she beat it. Not once, but twice.
As a result, she founded BraveryCo – stunning silk scarves for people with cancer.
Magical Marketing Maven (Manager)
A creative & passionate marketing professional with highly developed strategic and analytical skills. She has 20 years experience in Blue Chip FMCG roles in strategy, insights and innovation for Chobani, Simplot, Sancella/SCA and Cadbury Schweppes.
She has also freelanced in Consumer research across a range of industries including Government, FMCG, Technology & Finance.
Kristine’s expertise lies in combining Insight with Innovation opportunities, branding and Marketing Strategy. She has worked across a broad range of Marketing disciplines including project management, new product development, brand planning strategy and communication.
