She has worked with some of Australia’s Top 100 brands and has launched numerous well loved and successful products that went on to make millions of dollars. Carol’s major focus has been on developing marketing strategies (and products) and implementing them to drive strong bottom line results. Her expertise extends across:

Ray was the General Manager for one of the largest businesses in the plumbing industry for over 25 years. He has partnered and provided services for many building companies including Simonds, Metricon and AV Jennings as well as several boutique builders.

Answering the phone with a sincere smile in her voice – Gabrielle is usually your first point of contact with the team at Swoop Digital.
You can be sure you will be treated with the respect and professionalism you deserve, Gabrielle will ensure you are put in contact with the person that can help you the most. Should that person not be available she will be sure to record your details or have you record your voice message so that it is emailed directly to the relevant person for a quick reply.
Taylor, Handler of Awesome Projects (Project Manager)
As a valued client at Swoop Digital, Taylor will oversee your project and answer any questions you may have. You will have access to our online project management system where you can liaise with Taylor and the rest of the team to ensure you are kept up to date with all things relevant to your campaign.
Taylor will also update our other team members on special requests or campaign alterations that you require so you can be sure all your requirements are being met.
With a high attention to detail and a focus on communication and customer service, you can be sure your project will run smoothly under Taylors guidance
Mantisa, SEM Ninja (Search Engine Marketing Manager)
With a coffee always within reach, Mantisa is known as the “CoffeeMonster”.
Her role is quite diverse within our organisation as she oversees the majority of our internal processes. With a background in SEO, she has developed her knowledge and skills to cover all forms of online marketing. The “Geek” within sees her continually looking to better herself and in turn she is always at the forefront of the latest technology and all important Google updates, providing our clients with that extra little edge over their competition.
Her passion for the techy side of internet marketing compliments her after hours interests which include watching the latest Zombie movies and planning how she will survive a Zombie Apocolypse. A bit weird really!!
Pamela, SEO & Content Alchemist (Content Syndication)
Pam is the quiet achiever amongst our talented team.
Going about her business with the minimum of fuss, she works wonders both producing and syndicating content for our clients. Creative by nature, she enjoys writing and creating unique video content, but also has a real talent for photography.
Now nicknamed “Mama Swoop” for her constant care and mothering of everyone, her bubbly outlook on life has seen her become a valued team member, producing great results for our clients whilst having that calming effect on everyone.
